Pickup and Meeting Point

In Antigua Guatemala: Hotel pickups are available from select central Antigua accommodations, or you may be directed to a designated meeting point in central Antigua.

Passenger Pickup Schedule:

Antigua Area: Pickup begins at 7:45 AM
Guatemala City (Optional): Secondary pickup at McDonald's Utatlán, Zone 11 (approximately 20 minutes from the airport and hotel zones). Passengers from Guatemala City board at 9:30 AM

Please be fully ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Simply provide your name to the driver, and they will verify it on the passenger list before allowing you to board. You do not need to present a booking confirmation.

In Lanquín (Return Departures): The meeting point for all return shuttles is located at the Tourism Bus Terminal (Terminal de Buses de Turismo) in Lanquín.

Please arrive exactly 10 minutes before your scheduled return time. Be completely ready to board immediately when the shuttle arrives. Simply provide your full name to the driver, and they will verify you on the passenger list before boarding. Have all your belongings packed and ready to load.
