Great day hiking the volcano. Our private guide and driver was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. The pizza was delicious and the chef was also great to meet, as were her friendly dogs. The horse our daughter rode was perfect. Great views, and it wasn't crowded on the trail or at the top in the morning. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed the Pacaya Volcano hike. Guides Walter and Sergio were great! They were helpful, funny, knowledgeable, and able to explain in Spanish and English. If you are questioning your ability to do the hike, I suggest to do it on horseback because the hike up is decently strenuous. Great views in all directions. I highly recommend the tour.

Organisation, communication et transport ok. Le chemin est assez raide et le guide a tendance à monter vite pour ensuite attendre. Donc allez à votre rythme 😀 Le timing est assez serré, donc il n'y a pas beaucoup de temps notamment pour l'arrêt mashmallow. Belle vue depuis le sommet du parcours (ce n'est pas le sommet du volcan) malgré les nuages en mai. Wc gratuit au départ et à l'arrivée. Concernant le transport, dans un lremier temps, on nous a dit que le bus passerait nous prendre à notre hôtel. Puis on nous a demandé d'aller à un point de rencontre, car notre hôtel n'était pas sur le trajet du bus. Nous avons avons attendu un long moment au point de rencontre. Une fois dans le bus, nous repassons devant notre hôtel 😉
